Order Confirmation - Upon placing an order by phone, fax, or on-line, we will notify you immediately when the order has been received and is being processed. We will also provide a tracking number for accurate follow up of your order.
Status Reports - At your convenience, you can receive an up-to-the-minute status report on your order at any time. From receipt of the order, to appointment scheduling, property inspection, market research, and analysis of data--you will know exactly the stage your appraisal is in at all times.
Turnaround Times - At Mission Valley Appraisals, we pride ourselves in our commitment to meeting deadlines. As our client, you tell us the turnaround time that you need and we will meet it. We welcome "rush" orders and can complete them in 24 - 48 hours after the property inspection.
Report Delivery - All of our appraisal reports are delivered electronically. This dramatically shortens the turnaround time. A printed report can be provided at your request.
Online Ordering - As with online report delivery, online ordering is the fastest and most accurate way to place an order. Receipt and confirmation of the order is virtually automatic and leaves little room for error. And a tracking number is automatically assigned for fast and easy follow-up.
