Mission Valley Appraisals was founded in 1983 by Richard Matarazzo, a licensed real estate broker with more than 20 years of sales experience behind him. In 1985 his daughter Kimberly Matarazzo, entered the business as a budding and enthusiastic appraiser. After five years of careful tutelage by her experienced father, Kimberly took over the business and expanded operations in 1990. Kimberly is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and continues to manage operations as the Chief Appraiser at MVA.
